Aged on fine lees for 3 months in concrete eggs.
Tasting notes
Brilliant pale yellow in colour with green highlights. The first nose reveals notes of lemon and litchi, followed by smoky nuances. The palate is elegant, boasting lovely balance between fresh fruit flavours to start and a long, precise mineral finish with hints of grapefruit.
